What does your morning look like?

My daughter Lux wakes us all up bright and early and my husband walks with the kids to get coffee and I make us breakfast! We love sitting around the table and eating breakfast together. 

 Where is your favourite spot for 'me time'?

Hot yoga at a studio - down the street - from me. I try and go as often I can during the week. 

What was the last song you listened to? 

Not going to lie, it was “bibbidi-bobbidi-boo” from Cinderella. But I’ve been listening to “outside sublime” by Westerman on repeat. 

What is your message to the world?

You’re here for a reason

What do you do to relax?

Organise my home, read.. or if I can get a minute alone, I’ll drive to the beach and have a quick swim. It’s the ultimate reset button.
