1% FOR THE PLANET

It was a decision straight from the bottom of our hearts to become involved with Take 3 for The Sea as our contribution to 1% for The Planet.

An non-profit initiative started in 2009 founded by soul surfer Amanda Marechal, marine ecologist Roberta Dixon- Valk and environmentalist, Tim Silverwood.


The mission behind Take 3 is simple – “Take three pieces of rubbish with you when you leave the beach”.

Pollution is caused 100% by human impact, we live by the sea, we love our beautiful home and its protection is our responsibility.

The most resonating part of Take 3 is its encouragement of participation and the notion that even the smallest impact can make a difference.
